Mark Loffredo is a current member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is licensed as required by the State of New York. Mr. Loffredo, a Master Inspector, carries Errors and Omissions insurance and has completed over 10,000 home and building inspections. Within a few days of the completion of your inspection you will receive a concise custom written report (not a checklist document). Included in your report will be a wood destroying insect evaluation, required by all banks and lending institutions (NPMA-33).

Led by Mark Loffredo, a native New Yorker and President of Richmond Home Inspection, Co. Inc. as well as Post Exterminating Co Inc. Mr. Loffredo has been a pioneer in the home inspection business for 35 years. He studied Architectural Engineering at Institute for Design and Construction (I.D.C.), and the State University of New York, and received a Bachelors Degree in Building Sciences/Construction Management with a specialization in Soil Mechanics and Hydrostatics. Mark Loffredo is an adjunct professor at City Technical College.
